This page contains housing trends that are very useful for both Buyers and Sellers.  The graphs are divided by the Eastside Market and the Seattle Market (Ballard, Greenlake, Greenwood, North Seattle, Queen Anne, and Magnolia) and only include residential properties in the data. 

 

EASTSIDE MARKET


This graph shows current home data for the number of homes for Sale versus the number of properties that have gone Pending.

This graph show the Months of Inventory for Residential Homes based on Closed Sales.  This number represents how many months it would take to have all the inventory of homes currently on the market to sell.  

Seller's Market = Less than 3 months of inventory.  

Buyer's Market = More than 6 months of inventory.

Neutral Market = 3-6 months of inventory.

 

SEATTLE MARKET (Ballard, Greenlake, Greenwood, North Seattle, Queen Anne, and Magnolia)
