Ursula is a successful and highly experienced Managing Broker who assists buyers and sellers on the Eastside and in Seattle. She began her career in Portland, Oregon in 1995 first working in commercial real estate, then transitioning into residential real estate in 1998. In 2001, her family moved to Orange County California to be closer to her parents and siblings. She had a very successful 10 year career as a residential broker in a very challenging market. In 2011, her family moved back to the Northwest – Kirkland, Washington. As her children and husband say, "It was the best move we ever did". Ursula jumped right back into the real estate field and has been flourishing ever since.

Her warm, outgoing, and friendly nature draws you in instantly. Upon meeting Ursula, you will instantly see her spark and enthusiasm for her love of people and real estate! With over 20 years of real estate experience, her skill set and knowledge sets her apart from her competition. Ursula is dedicated in helping her clients find the perfect property, whether in a family home or a great investment opportunity. Working with traditional buyers and sellers, clients who have relocated, or investors, Ursula excels in assisting her clients through the real estate process providing not only an array of services, but also a smooth, low-stress experience.

When not working, she loves to spend quality time with her husband and two children. She is the representative in our office for the Windermere Foundation, mentors incoming new Windermere agents, volunteers at various Eastside programs, enjoys walking and yoga, and can be seen rooting for the Seahawks during football season.
