We bought a house in February 2016 after many months of searching in various Seattle neighborhoods, and actually closed ahead of schedule. Ursula provided great research and guidance for each of the neighborhoods we were interested in, and had numerous strategies for uncovering the best house for us. She spent the time with us up front in order to understand our wants and needs, so we were ready to move quickly once something was available in our areas of interest. She did this without us feeling rushed or pressured during the process. Reece works quickly and was very thorough, but he was able to slow it down and explain the details to us when we needed it. Ursula’s expertise was amazing. She seems to know *everything* about every neighborhood, from the expected details (school districts) to ones I'd have thought less about (where traffic tends to get bad, where people are more or less inclined to buy, nearby areas). It's almost encyclopedic! She was also super helpful throughout the entire process.

Her ability to secure a second lender (almost instantly) after the first one bailed was extraordinary! If I know anyone buying or selling in the area, I will 100% recommend Ursula. She is AMAZING. Ursula is a great realtor. The whole experience was seamless. The search, the offer writing, the escrow process and the after care was great.
